BGS-SD Networking Event at BirdRock Yoga in Pacific Beach Beta Gamma Sigma San Diego Area Alumni Chapter invites
you to meet Cynthia Nitsch, co-owner of BirdRock Yoga studio and our
guide for the yoga session. Cynthia is an instructor at the School of
Business Administration, Information Technology Management, at USD. To

You will need a yoga mat, a large towel and water (the studio has these items available for you to rent or purchase for your convenience).
It is highly recommended that you wear comfortable, flexible workout clothes that are not baggy or restrictive.
Yoga is not a competition, so come in free of any expectations,
judgments or opinions about yourself and others. Our focus for the session will be on stress relief. We look forward to seeing you there! Danyelle Comer
